– Experience of VOIP Call-center Telecom application development on VC++ asterisk.((Dialer, IVRS, ACD, CTI integration with CRM, solution with Web App)
– Communication between the customers, vendors and internal company.
– Designing the architecture according to client requirements.
– Testing hardware requirements.
– Installation of servers, applications, anti viruses, latest updates.
– Test run of setup.
– Handover to Client
– Analyzing client new requirement and plan for new development activity.
– Preparing Software Requirement Document.
– Improved reliability and scalability.
– Maintaining client relationships
– Implementing and deploying ERP software systems.
– Implementing and deploying CRM software systems.
– Development and designing of IVRS and Algorithms.
Skills Required :
